To reduce the processing time of
your loan, have the following
items ready at the time of your loan
application:

W-2 forms from
the previous 2 years

2 current pay
stubs with in the past 30 days

2 months
statements from all: bank, stock, retirement, and
asset management accounts

All of the following that
apply:
- Year-to-date P & L if self-employed
- Retirement income reward letters
- Final divorce decree & property settlement
- Bankruptcy papers, all schedules & final
discharge
- Rental agreements for any investment
properties
- Landlord's name, address & phone number
